You can FasciaBlast as often as you would like as long as you are not sore or bruised. Listen to your body and take rest days to allow your body to adjust. Starting out with FasciaBlasting 3-5 days a week for 2-5 minutes per area to start is ideal.
If your tissue is sensitive it may be uncomfortable when you start. Healthy tissue doesn't hurt, so ease in and go at your own pace. It will become progressivley more pleasant with consistency. Try these prep techniques to help: https://youtu.be/DExWtvE5icI
