The Medium KryoMat is (31.75"L x 31.5" W) and is somewhat of a "stepping stone" mat to the Large KryoMat. It is great for people seeking to cover large surface areas such as the whole back or lower body. It is less heavy and more compact (16.5" x 9.5" x 4.7" and 13.25 lbs) when folded so it takes up less room in the freezer than the Large KryoMat. The Medium KryoMat is perfect for the person who is ready to practice cold therapy, but might not be ready for a total body experience just yet, but desires more than the single area of the Small KryoMat.
